What kinds of pictures does it take?
What do these pictures show?
The redness images show any inflammation, capillaries or sensitivity within the skin, this might be visible to the naked eye or might be in the deeper layers.
Lastly, the UV images show any areas of pigmentation, again these can be visible to the eye or might be in the deeper layers.
What does the TEWL probe do?
This sophisticated tool is unique to Eventis. It measures moisture loss and hydration levels in the skin, giving detailed insights into skin integrity and barrier function. This cutting-edge device utilises the same technology as NASA to measure the health of astronauts skin.
What can it tell me about my skin?
Eventis helps to uncover skin concerns and goals. It also tracks your results, so you get to see your progress along the way.
How does it track my changes?
Your skin analysis images and TEWL readings will be safely stored in the cloud which can then be utilised during each consultation so that images and TEWL readings are comparable. You will also be able to access all images on your app where you can compare the first consultation with your latest visit and see your TEWL readings and the progress.
Can I use my own products with it?
We will map out a personalised product and treatment plan for you with our expert knowledge and using Advanced Nutrition Programme™️, Environ® skincare and et al. makeup. If you continue to use other brands this may impact results.
Why do I need multiple consultations?
One of the best parts about eventis is that we can store, compare and track your skin results, allowing you to see the progress your skin is making.
We recommend 3 months intervals between consultations as this gives a good amount of time for you to be able to work through your product and treatment plan.
What if I do not want to buy the whole of my treatment plan?
There is no pressure to buy everything – your skin expert will suggest the products best suited to your skin and for the concerns identified within the consultation. Via the app you will be able to view your suggested product plan and read about each product in more details so that you can order at your leisure.
What if I am scared to see the results?
There is no need to be scared, understanding your skin and what’s going on is a great way to make good changes and identify the results you want to achieve.
