Online booking has been temporarily suspended due to the COVID 19 pandemic. This is to facilitate additional time between appointments for cleaning and to ensure social distancing. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Online Booking Terms and Conditions
Appointments cannot be amended or cancelled online. If you need to cancel your appointment, and this includes rescheduling your appointment, please call us on 01903 206600. If you are cancelling outside of salon operating hours, please leave an answer machine message. Since we turn away other clients to hold your reservation, any cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice unfortunately will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.
We are unable to judge the reasons for your change, cancellation or non-arrival, we cannot make any exceptions to the above conditions and any booking made with the salon (verbal or written) forms a legally binding contract.
If part of a booking is cancelled or changed after arrival, the full cost of the treatment(s) as booked will remain payable upon departure.
We reserve the right to suspend our booking service for any client who fails to follow the above cancellation / no-show policy.
If your designated therapist is not available to carry out your treatments through circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative therapist. In very unusual circumstances we may need to cancel your booking, in which case we will endeavour to give you 24 hours notice. If we give you less than 24 hours notice we will give you a 10% reduction on the cost of your treatment when this is re-booked. In the event that we cannot fulfil your appointment, where possible we will contact you by telephone. Please make sure that we hold up to date contact details.
