Policies
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Changes made within 48 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. Changes made within 24 hours will incur a fee of 100% of the service cost.
Missed Appointments
No-show appointments will be charged at full price and must be paid before rebooking.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable.
Children
Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Client Relationships
Our skincare advice and recommendations apply only to products purchased through Euphoric. If products are bought elsewhere, we may refuse services. We reserve the right to end client relationships at any time.
Courses
All treatment courses expire one year from the purchase date.
Arrival Times
Please arrive at your scheduled time (no more than 5 minutes early). Late arrivals will end at the scheduled finish time and be charged in full. We will always do our best to accommodate, however if we cannot shorten a treatment, we may refuse it and full payment will still be required. Notify us via text or WhatsApp if you are running late.
Liability
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items in the studio or on the premises.
